Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. The role requires directing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, or remote work as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours each month.
• Evaluate patients for skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and plan interventions.
• Provide coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
