Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC seeks a Clinic Manager to lead a busy ABA center in Arizona. You will oversee client and team member experience, schedule staff, ensure compliance (BHCOE), manage BT deployment, and coordinate with recruiting and operations to optimize center performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of office management or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PC software and spreadsheets. A Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification preferred.
• 2+ years of office management or customer service experience required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and use computers.

Responsibilities

• Lead center team and support client experience, from reception to service delivery.
• Maintain center appearance and ensure cleanliness and supplies.
• Manage scheduling and BT assignments; monitor attendance and performance.
