Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Utah is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead center operations, culture, and the client/family experience. You’ll manage BT deployment, scheduling, and compliance, ensuring a welcoming, well-run center.

Responsibilities include training BTs, coordinating with BT Recruiting, handling payroll and billing accuracy, and maintaining BHCOE standards while collaborating with the Clinic Director and State Directors.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and champion Golden Steps
• Assist clients and families in accessing treatment by providing information and assisting in the initial intake process.
• Maintain communication with prospective clients and ensure appropriate expectations of the intake.
• Consistently communicate with parents both face to face and over the phone with the utmost care and professionalism.
• Ensure the center is well-run, aesthetically pleasing and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Purchasing to cover issues and maintenance at the center.
• Ensure the center meets all compliance/credentialing standards (BHCOE).
• Monitor center expenses to stay within monthly budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy as needed to cover call offs, vacations, etc.
• Receive and maintain CPR and First Aid.
• Verify Insurance eligibility and coverage for clients within the center.
• Market to community-based services to increase referrals to the center.
• Manage the schedule of Behavior Technicians and clients within the center.
• Enter schedules into required systems and communicate changes.
• Track daily operations metrics and report to the State Director.
• Complete offboarding procedures for departing Behavior Technicians.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
