Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA in Arizona to lead service delivery and growth for children with autism. You will oversee operations, staff scheduling, and program quality while supporting RBTs and BCBA staff in delivering evidence-based ABA therapies.

The role requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of BCBA experience, with strong leadership and training skills in a fast-paced, employee-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
• Experience with children ages 1-4 would be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of service, quality and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of services, including staff and scheduling.
• Create training and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA and programming.
• Prepare program curricula and annual reports on effectiveness.
• Provide direct services to clients and parents when appropriate.
• Communicate with treatment team about programming and scheduling.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs and ABA Supervisors.
• Coordinate with administrative teams for staff records and payer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
