Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, optimize scheduling, oversee EMR records, and support onboarding and training. This role emphasizes administrative excellence within a dynamic ABA healthcare setting.

The position requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and organizational skills to maintain a compliant, efficient clinic and foster a collaborative, empathetic environment for staff and clients.

Qualificações

• Supervisory or management experience in administrative, healthcare, or operational roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with families, staff and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for quickly learning new software and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic scheduling and staffing levels.
• Ensure EMR records are complete and accurate.
• Provide onboarding for new staff and coordinate training.
• Support clinic operations compliance with internal standards.
• Foster a positive therapy environment for staff and clients.
• Track operational metrics and report to leadership.
• Manage office tasks: inventory, supplies, equipment distribution.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and safety.
