Qualifications

• Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and basic data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all non-clinical operations of the clinic and ensure an efficient, safe environment.
• Supervise, train, and support front desk and administrative staff; manage scheduling coverage.
• Coordinate onboarding for non-clinical staff and assist clinical onboarding with leadership.
• Oversee building maintenance, vendor relationships, and facility operations.
• Monitor clinic space utilization and staff allocation to maximize efficiency.
