Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to lead clinical operations, drive service quality, and advance ABA programs for children with autism. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and program oversight in a hybrid clinic setting.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field with BCBA certification, plus 3+ years of BCBA experience, and a commitment to ABA excellence within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education (required).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives; perform comprehensive initial assessments.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.
• Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA techniques and programming.
• Implements curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness.
