Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism. The role focuses on leadership, program development, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and treatment teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, plus BCBA certification and at least 3 years of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA.
• Experience driving service quality and growth initiatives.
• Strong training and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery and supervise BCBA/ABA staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations across services and scheduling.
• Develop training/onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Provide direct services to clients and communicate with treatment teams.
• Prepare program curricula and annual reports on program effectiveness.
• Maintain client records and liaise with administrative teams.
