Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a proactive Clinic Manager to lead the center's client and team experience, ensuring excellent service and a welcoming environment.

You will supervise BT scheduling, training, and compliance, collaborate with the Clinic Director and State Directors, and drive operational excellence across daily center activities. Qualified candidates bring 2+ years of office management, strong communication, and a focus on HIPAA compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification preferred.
• 2+ years in office management or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and client/team experience.
• Manage BT scheduling, training, compliance, and attendance.
• Coordinate with Clinic Director and State Directors on staffing and goals.
• Ensure center cleanliness, supplies, and regulatory standards (BHCOE).
• Support with intake, community outreach, and events.
• Oversee payroll, billing accuracy, and day-to-day admin tasks.
• Provide day-to-day admin support and problem resolution.
