Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to lead clinical operations for our autism-focused programs in Avondale, AZ. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, drive program quality, and partner with families to deliver high-standard care.

The role requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and Arizona licensure (LBA preferred). Expect a collaborative, growth-focused environment with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of service, quality and growth initiatives in ABA programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations including staff and client scheduling.
• Create and maintain training/onboarding for new hires.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Develop curriculum and annual reports on program effectiveness.
