Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Maryland is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the center’s client and team experience, oversee BT rosters, and coordinate staffing with State Directors. You will supervise scheduling, training, compliance, and payroll processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to balance client care with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in intake processes.
• Maintain center appearance and scheduling to meet high standards.
• Ensure BHCOE compliance and staffing targets.
• Coordinate payroll, billing accuracy, and center operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and oversee client and family experiences at the center.
• Maintain up-to-date BT rosters and ensure compliant deployment and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director, BT Recruiting, and State Directors to optimize staffing and resources.
• Oversee training, certification, and disciplinary processes for Behavior Technicians.
• Manage center maintenance, vendor relations, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
