Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Live Oak, TX to be the first connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, inbound calls, and coordinating with referral sources.

You’ll become a subject matter expert on autism and support your operations manager and clinical leadership with admissions tasks, embodying our values of learning, team, and care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Positive and contagious attitude and ability to engage with families.
• Commitment to show up daily and be a leader at the center.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions for our clinics such as document management, tracking people and tasks, and communications with referral sources.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Embody ABC core values and be a cultural role model for teammates.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree preferred
