Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics (document management, tracking people and tasks, internal/external communication with referral sources).
• Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks for operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Model ABC values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) for teammates.
