Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families entering ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy, provide strong administrative support, and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

The role focuses on day-to-day clinic administration, inbound call support, and becoming a subject matter expert on autism to assist families and referral sources.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
• Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates
