Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Adkins, TX seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You’ll guide them through the admissions process with empathy, helping them feel informed and confident at every step.

Responsibilities include day-to-day clinic administration, handling inbound calls, and becoming a subject matter expert on autism to illustrate how ABC supports children and families. ABC offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics (document management, tracking people and items, communication with referral sources).
• Provide support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to assist operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Model ABC values: Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun.
