Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc in Hamilton, NJ seeks an Operations Manager to serve as Practice Manager / Clinic Director, overseeing day-to-day center operations, staffing, and service delivery.

You will recruit, schedule, manage customer service, report on performance, maintain accurate records, and coordinate HR, Operations, and Clinical functions as liaison between admin and clinical staff. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of management experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical/behavioral health operations.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5–7 years experience managing and developing staff preferred.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff and services management and scheduling.
• Recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and reporting in support of operations.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and manage master schedules per insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Handle case assignments and staff availability; additional duties as needed.
