Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is expanding its Bridgeport center and seeks an Operations Manager to lead the administrative side of our clinical operations. You will manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, HR support, and reporting to ensure smooth center performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to coordinate between clinical and administrative teams, families, and staff.
