Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-2 years medical, dental, therapy office administration or scheduling experience required.
• 3-5 years experience preferred; prior Practice Managers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and administrative functions for the Bridgeport Center.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and act as liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate records, staffing data, and master schedules within budgeted hours per client.
