Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision. Work may occur at CARD centers, in patients’ homes, schools, or via telehealth, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, complete CARD’s training and exam, and demonstrate empathy for individuals with ASD. A part-time schedule offers growth opportunities and flexible settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam & field evaluation.
• ASD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under Clinical Supervisor.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record patient progress data with accuracy.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct at all times.
