Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. You will work 1:1 or in small groups across center and in homes, schools, or telehealth settings, delivering care that supports skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, pass CARD's training and exams, and are empathetic, reliable, and able to coordinate with families and staff in a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program (exam and field evaluation).
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in group settings.
• Record and review data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Uphold CARD policies and maintain records.
