Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA treatment under supervision in a variety of settings, including the CARD center, patient homes, or telehealth. Candidates help address skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors while collecting data and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including exam and field evaluation.
Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during treatment sessions.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
Work across multiple locations including center, home, school, and telehealth.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
