Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to support ABA treatment programs for clients across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, collect progress data, and maintain a compassionate, HIPAA-compliant care environment.

This role offers hands-on ABA experience, on-the-job growth, and opportunities to advance from BT Levels 1–5 toward BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups.
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards in service delivery.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor in each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation.
• Support patient safety and a compassionate care environment.
