Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment across CARD centers, patient homes, schools, or via telehealth. The role supports skill acquisition and behavior reduction under a Clinical Supervisor.

Training, data collection, and HIPAA compliance are key components of daily work. Part-time positions offer growth through BT levels, weekend pay adjustments, and opportunities to advance to senior roles within CARD’s national

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Ensure treatment meets CARD clinical quality standards.
• Record data on patient progress with accuracy and timeliness.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into sessions and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Support the CARD mission and adhere to policies.
