Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. You’ll work in diverse settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth, gaining hands-on experience across a range of ages.

With part-time schedules, opportunities for advancement, and benefits such as paid training, you can grow from BT levels upward.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program (written exam and field evaluation)
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment in 1:1 or group settings under supervision
• Record data on patient progress with accuracy
• Implement treatment plans with fidelity per Clinical Supervisor feedback
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Work across CARD center, patient homes, schools, or telehealth settings
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures
