Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking School-Based Behavior Technicians to support K-12 students in school settings for the 2026-2027 year. Roles include 1:1, 2:1, and classroom support with ABA experience. On-site, full-time positions with a set school-day schedule.

You will work with teachers and paraprofessionals to provide behavioral interventions, track progress, and assist students as they engage in learning activities. Immediate start through the end of the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Extensive ABA experience or RBT certification preferred
• Previous school-based experience
• Ability to work on-site full-time on a set school-day schedule
• English proficiency and U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, 2:1, and classroom support throughout the school day
• Implement behavioral interventions and redirect challenging behaviors
• Assist students with transitions and settling into activities
• Provide general academic support and help with assignments
• Document behavioral data and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals
• Support implementation of IEP goals and classroom accommodations
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
