The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician for school-based settings. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours (6+ hours/day) and onsite work across 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with supervision from multiple BCBAs. Start date is flexible through the 2026-27 year.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA support, covering absences, and mentoring newer technicians while maintaining accurate data and documentation. Strong collaboration and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA with school-based settings is required.
• Completion of a 40-hour behavioral training course.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Availability Monday-Friday within 7:00 AM–4:00 PM window; flexible start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA support to students across diverse cases and settings.
• Fill in for staff absences and cover urgent assignments as needs change.
• Work with multiple BCBAs and mid-level supervisors to expand knowledge.
• Mentor newer Behavior Technicians through shadowing and modeling.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data collection for behavior plans.
