Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support PK-12 students in a school setting for the 2026-2027 year. This part-time, W-2 role emphasizes 1:1 and small-group instructional and behavioral support, working with special education staff and therapists.

You will implement behavior plans, monitor IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers while receiving clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 40-hour behavioral training or 6 months of ABA experience required.
• Experience in special education or behavioral support settings preferred.
• Ability to complete TB test, fingerprinting, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, 2:1, and small-group support throughout the school day.
• Implement behavioral support plans and data collection.
• Support students with daily needs and transitions.
• Assist teachers and aides and maintain confidentiality.
