Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Greenbelt to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6, using the Early Start Denver Model. This role offers hands-on clinical experience and paid training toward RBT certification.

The position is full-time with guaranteed hours, a competitive hourly rate, sign-on bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and are eager to advance through the RBT career track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to young children.
• Implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians.
• Share progress with families.
• Leverage childcare/education background in a clinical setting.
