Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to support clients with ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision and help build communication and daily living skills.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are provided, with potential referral bonuses for RBT and BCBA roles. Availability includes Monday–Friday afternoons and Saturdays; competitive starting pay and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
