Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans with supervision from our clinical team.

No prior experience is required, and you will receive full training including the 40-hour RBT course. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
