Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in Stamford, Danbury, Bridgeport, Trumbull, and New Milford, CT.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy in various settings, teaching communication and daily living skills, and documenting progress under BCBA supervision. Training and career advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
