Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes, schools, or clinics. You will support clients with communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Flexible scheduling with afternoons and early evenings. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, including our ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of experience with children/healthcare or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
