BK Healthcare Management in the United States is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time roles with after-school or afternoon/evening hours offer meaningful work and flexible scheduling.

No ABA experience is required as full training is provided, including the 40-hour RBT course. Join our clinical team to build skills, support families, and contribute to positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Interest in helping children with Autism and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data using electronic devices accurately.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor to improve treatment outcomes.
