Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will teach communication and daily living skills, implement plans under BCBA supervision, and track client progress with accurate data documentation.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification, along with growth opportunities through our ABA Academy and related programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and track progress.
• Document session data accurately and maintain quality.
