Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. The role requires afternoon/evening and weekend availability, with paid training and mentorship to advance toward RBT certification.

You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with families and the care team. Monmouth Junction, NJ

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
