Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect, organize and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
