Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based programs. You will engage in 1:1 sessions, implement individualized treatment targets, and document progress while fostering essential skill development.

No prior experience is required, and the organization supports growth and professional development, including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Benefits are offered for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays for make-up sessions).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 client sessions using ABA principles.
• Document progress and track target milestones.
• Promote communication and independent daily living skills during sessions.
