Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based interventions. You’ll apply individualized targets, document progress, and help build essential skills in daily activities during 1:1 sessions.

No prior behavioral health experience is required; we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Full-time roles include benefits such as 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and health insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ABA-based assessments and document progress.
• Deliver 1:1 client sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Contribute to development of communication and independence skills.
