Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA-based sessions. You will engage in 1:1 client activities, document progress, and help build communication and daily living skills. Paid training provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Full-time hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, weekdays, with occasional Saturday sessions. Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in 1:1 client sessions using ABA targets from each plan.
• Play and encourage learners while promoting development of essential skills.
• Document progress and contribute to client progress reports.
• Support communication and independence in daily activities.
