Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum. The role includes 1:1 client sessions, documentation of progress, and applying ABA techniques to build essential skills. Paid training is provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

No prior experience required; bonuses include career development and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 client sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in documenting client progress and outcomes.
• Apply ABA techniques to promote skill development.
