Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team and support children on the autism spectrum. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement ABA-based targets, document progress, and help build communication and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required for this role; paid training to become an RBT is provided. We offer full-time schedules with benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in 1:1 client sessions and implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and assess client interactions with the environment.
• Promote communication and independence in daily activities.
• Play and encourage learners during sessions and reinforce targets from individualized treatment plans.
• Receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
