Job summary

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path toward advancement are provided. Starting pay is $23.50/hr for RBTs and $21.25/hr for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
