United Therapy Center (UTC) in Riverside, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through ABA. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA clinicians.

No prior experience required—paid training and mentorship are provided. Strong communication, reliability, and transportation to client locations are essential, along with background check and TB test clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check and TB test required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Utilize ABA techniques to support clients.
• Collect and document data accurately.
• Engage clients with positive reinforcement and clear communication.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers.
