Job summary

MeBe Family in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism at our Learning Center in San Marcos. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions under BCBA guidance, track progress, and document data in Central Reach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT within 45 days with MeBe support.
• TRICARE certification preferred.
• Background check required.
• CPR/BLS certification prior to working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBA to improve communication and self-help skills.
• Record progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out and submit notes according to ABA and insurer rules.
• Maintain organization and safety in the Learning Center.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom breaks, and transitions as needed.
