Job summary

MeBe Family seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home or at MeBe’s Learning Center in San Diego. You’ll apply evidence-based strategies, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.

You’ll receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), mentoring from senior clinicians, and a path to growth within a supportive MeBe Family culture. Part-time positions offer flexibility and meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• RBT/CBT certification preferred; obtain within 60 days.
• Background check clearance required.
• Background in child care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support 1:1 and group activities with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately record progress in data system.
• Assist with daily routines and classroom tasks.
• Maintain professional boundaries with families.
