Job summary

MeBe is seeking caring and reliable Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work 1:1 with ke y kiddos either in their homes or at MeBe’s Learning Center, following clinician plans and recording progress in Central Reach.

You’ll receive paid training to become an RBT, ongoing mentoring from clinical staff, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• RBT/ CBT certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of employment
• Background check required
• Experience in child care or related settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting at home or MeBe’s Learning Center clinic
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social and play skills
• Relay progress to BCBA for assessments and update data in Central Reach
• Record session notes and behavior data accurately per ABA and provider regulations
• Support families and maintain professional boundaries while collaborating with team
