Job summary

MeBe is seeking empathetic individuals to join our Behavior Therapy team. As a Behavior Technician, you will support children with autism in home and clinic settings, following BCBA-determined plans and documenting progress using Central Reach.

No prior RBT required, with paid training to obtain RBT certification. You will participate in a supportive environment with experienced supervisors, receive ongoing training, and contribute to a culture of care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress accurately.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/BLS and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 setting.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with assessments.
• Record client progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out and submit notes in compliance with ABA regulations.
• Keep the workplace organized and safe.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom breaks, and diaper changes as needed.
• Support site director and supervisors with assigned tasks.
