Job summary

MeBe Family in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in 1:1 settings at home or at our Learning Center. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and partner with BCBAs to help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• :Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication and self-help.
• Record progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out and submit session notes per ABA and provider regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changes as needed.
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team.
