Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. The roles involve working one-on-one with children and implementing prescribed treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children one-on-one.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with data collection and program implementation.
