Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Randolph, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children to carry out individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions include standing, sitting, following, lifting, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team.
